About this assessment.
What it measures, where the scoring comes from, and what to do with the result.
- How do I measure my engineering org's AI maturity?
- Score it against behaviors, not tool inventories. This assessment asks twenty behavior-based questions across the five pillars of AI-native delivery — Strategy, Value, People & Culture, Governance, and Tools & Flows — and you pick the statement closest to how your org actually works today. Owning Copilot licenses isn't maturity; how work moves through the org is.
- What do I get at the end?
- A scored radar chart across the five pillars, a maturity tier, a benchmark against teams your size, and advice per pillar on the gaps worth closing first — all on screen the moment you finish. If you want the PDF report to forward, we'll email it to you.
- How long does it take, and do I need to prepare anything?
- About five minutes, and nothing to prepare — every question offers five descriptions of how orgs behave and you pick the one you recognize. No document uploads, no integration, no access to your systems.
- What should I do with my score?
- Use the per-pillar read to pick your first gap — the model is built so the weakest pillar usually explains why the others aren't paying off. If the result matches what you've been feeling, the report is written to be forwarded to your leadership team, and it's the same read we'd build in a first working session.
