Scrum@Scale is a framework that can be applied to a fortune 100 company or a start-up and came from the mind of one of the original scrum co-creators, Jeff Sutherland. It takes the principles of the scrum team and applies them to the organization so that you are able to produce a better product more efficiently, no matter what industry you may be in.
In this course you will learn how product owners, scrum teams, and enterprise leadership interact with each other in order to best apply the values of Scrum and Lean no matter the size of your initiative.
